Personal skills are directly proportional to your troubleshooting abilities and communication skills.
If a person masters personal skill they are better able to affect positive outcomes for themselves and their organization.

2. Self-Esteem
The second most important personal skill is ‘Self Esteem’. This skill is an individual’s subjective evaluation of their worth. It is the foundation of an individual’s personality. A person with positive self-esteem can feel good about himself and make others feel the same.
Self-esteem can be categorized into two:
A) High– People with high self-esteem look everything from a positive aspect, they are better decision-makers and show gratitude towards life and people. In short, they can be termed as troubleshooters.
B) Low- People with low self-esteem have a negative thinking pattern like “I am unloved”, “I am unworthy”. This not only affects their communication ability but their emotional state too.
3. Confidence
Confidence is about acceptance of your body and mind, belief in your ability, and conviction that you can overcome everything. It is that personal skill that helps you in taking one step ahead in the direction of becoming a great leader.
Everyone in life loses confidence due to some or other incident but it can be gained back by working on it consistently.
Following ways to boost your confidence are:-
1) By working on your inner self- Know who are you, what you want from life, what are your goals. It will help in getting clarity about yourself and will reduce the fear of uncertainty.

4. Leadership skill
Leadership skill is not being possessed by birth. It is learned throughout the journey while carrying a vision to make this world a better place to live in while helping people with their individual goals. They believe in the delegation of responsibility, empowerment of people, and values.
